Vain and Vacant Variations from a Vicodin Vacationer
June 23, 2007

WOW a Vicodin Vacation (legally and necessarily LOL)

(do I reset my sobriety date? I am too high to know) LOL
(Good thing for all our sake that it wasn't Viagra they gave me.)

(p.s. part one of the repair went well -- emergency resolved -- Part two, the more involved repair and surgery is in the next week or two,) after they restock the pharmacy,

and the nurses catch a breath. LOL

Internet joke of the week: What do you get when you mix: a 59 y/o hernia patient, 4 milligrams of Dilaudid, 10 grams of morphine and a laptop?
A Tall, aging hippie with a loud mouth who is slurring his words, and who should really be asleep recovering ...... instead of typing/blathering to the unsuspecting world? LOL

So without further "adoo-doo"...
I will turn the microphone over to:

Marriane Williamson,

a masterful Teacher of The Course in Miracles

(I think she was my nurse in the ER, or was that the Morphine also)?

Our Deepest Fear

Our Deepest Fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure about you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

TWO OF MY FAVORITE POWERFUL LIVING SEMINAR SAYINGS ARE:

IF I SUPPORT YOU TO BE SMALL , I DO NOT LOVE YOU AT ALL.....

and

IF I CO-SIGN YOUR b.s. AND failure, They BECOME MINE.

(Hey, Doc, I got it typed and mailed, guess I can have some more meds and another vacation now, YES? hehehe)

I love you!
